Sunday Post: Peaceful

The Eagles sang, “I got a peaceful easy feeling…”

I have called my style of Tai-Chi Meditation In Motion.  I produced two Tai-Chi videos in the 80’s and 90’s and had my own TV show in Athens, Ohio.  I have taught from Seattle, to Athens, and in California.  I studied in 1972 in Seattle, in San Francisco and Taipei, Taiwan.   Never did I feel more peaceful than when I was practicing and teaching Tai-Chi Chuan for over 30 years.  Breathing with movement has the power to block those outside worries and allow one to gently face the stresses of life.  I continue to use my Tai-Chi breathing today, as a form of meditation… and for that I am truly grateful.  The art of Tai-Chi has been practiced for centuries around the world.  I cherish my gift. pdd
